OUR PROMISES
- Your day-to-day media relations and strategic planning work will only be handled by PR professionals with 15 or more years of experience. We are committed to providing the highest level of service – exhibiting a "whatever it takes" attitude.
- We will bill fairly for our work – typically at least ½ of the hourly rate clients would pay for work done by mid-level PR people at larger agencies. We don’t mark up expenses or pass expensive overhead onto clients.
- We will communicate with you regularly – daily if required. You will never need to guess what BrimmComm is doing on your behalf.
- Your invoices will always be accompanied by a recap of our activities and next steps. You will never receive an invoice that simply says "Professional Services."
- Our clients are our partners. Your voice, and that of your staff, will always be part of our strategic planning and activities. Our goal is to be part of your organization, in essence, an extension of your communications department. We try never to be referred to by clients simply as ‘the Agency."
- We will always be available to you. You will have the work phone numbers, cell phone numbers and home phone numbers of BrimmComm principals. You will never be more than a phone call away when you need help.
- Our heritage is based on results. We will out-work, out-think and out-perform against any agency. Our number one goal is to make our clients look good, and further the success of their organization.
